rolled fenders
My 205/45/16's rub a little in the back... well not rub so much, more the rear fender cuts into my tire over large bumps or when I have more than one person in the car. I can see the previous owner of the rims had the same problem as there were already some cuts in the tire. Anyways, just curious if anybody on here has had there rear fenders rolled, where they had it done and how much I can expect it to cost. Any information would be appreciated thanx

strange. shouldn't rub with the #s you posted.
my suspicion most immediately is the rim OFFSET - make sure it's somewhere in the 38 to 42mm range. ideally, 40mm. anything more than 42mm for civics is a no-no
second, you can try perhaps a camber kit to make the tires sit a tad negative so they 'tuck' into the wheel well.
lastly: going with a lower profile rubber will help, but you'll throw off your speed (you'll be going slower than your readings will say) and you'll be less fuel-efficient. your torque will go up a bit tho since it's easier to spin a smaller wheel, but your top speed will suffer.

Offset is what came to mind for me also, I'm not sure of the offset I bought these rims off of Cosmic, I think they're 42 from what I recall. They're Enkei Rp-02's, I really like them, so I'd prefer to just get my fender rolled than get new wheels. As far as using a baseball bat goes though I'm pretty sure body shops actually do this all the time, I was just curious to know if anybody knew of a good place where they had it done already. Thanx guys

I shall try the baseball bat technique, strange thing I just discovered is that only one wheels rubs, right side in the back. I just put some weight in the car to see, and the the left clears the fender fine (only by like 1-2mm) but the other side does not.
