Repair or Replace?

Repair or Replace?
Car Picture : http://i6.tinypic.com/1z5841z.jpg"
The damage is about 2-3 Inches Deep.
My question is, should I replace this, or repair it.
Repairing would be mostly Body Filler. [Worried about possible cracking in the future?]
Replacing, would be getting parts from say the Junk Yard, and getting it done, then some Body Filler.
Pro's & Con's if you can for both & why.

Replacing seems like the way to go.
I found a Quarter Panel (No rust / damage) for $250.00
Door, is the next thing I need to get.
If anyone is selling a 92'95 Civic Coupe Si Passenger Door. PM ME [Preferably Aztek Green(stock colour) and damage / rust free]

the quarter panel you might be able to pull out if your car is rust free, if you already have rust in the usual honda spot, then just replace the whole thing with a dealership peice.
