Need Opinion!?

I just got some 17"'s for my 96 civic. I am waiting on my lowering springs but could take up to a month to get. What I want to know is....will 17's look gay on a civic that is not lowered? I really want to put them on but am afraid of how they will look. Or should I just wait for the springs

ahhh i don't think it'll look all that bad.....as long as it'z a coupe and not a sedan or hatch.....and as long as ur rims aren't chrome........then u could potentially get away with it........

and if there not that aftermarkety looking.....lol

meh, its not thattttttt bad... If i had them without springs id be rollin on them... your car will be more responsive with them, might as well do it for the better handeling.

looks kinda gay but that's just my opinion.
No rush to get lowering springs during the winter anyways.
Just put the rims on and see for yourself.

Yeah it does look weird.
PM spracingsports, he has pics. He is also rolling on 17's, and his ride isn't lowered.

I agree, I wouldn't necessarily wait for springs... but i would wait for spring!

On that note, when I put my 17's on my EL it looked like ***, I had it lowered within 3 days!
