I got this kit off ebay..

After i finished installing them, when i turned them on, only the passenger side lit up, and only when i turned to high-beam.. I checked for burnt fuse and made sure everything was wired properly.. I've also disabled DRL, but that was after i finished installation..

Anyone know what problem it might be?
Or even better, do any of you know of anyone who could finish the job for me? Or recommend me to any garage? And for around how much? I think i did a sloppy job mounting everything, but i'm a newbie at this..
