there's no such thing as real philips hid kit...they only make bulbs and ballast. if you find one then its fake

HOLY CRAP! THAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME TODAY TOO! :mad:

my passenger side hid blew. dont know y...could be bulb, bad connection, ballast...who knows. this happened to my ex last yr too. we both got the McColluch 6000k kit. i've had mine for almost 3 yrs.

i'm not sure if you have to get a whole new kit. but def you need to get both bulbs so the colour and intensity matches...even if you replace the burnt one with the same K bulb, the colour and intensity will be off from the other one cuz they change over time.

you can just buy the replacement bulbs and no need to buy the whole kit again:thumbup:
