headlights : yellow bulbs
#2
If the car came from the factory with yellow bulbs (like in the case of some acuras and lexus's) then it is legal, and if you are running an auxillary set of of fog lamps that are yellow then I believe that is legal to as long as they are aimed properly. However if you choose to run a yellow bulb as your high or low beam then that would most definatley be illegal.

ummmm.........just because cars that came off the lot with yellow headlights, doesnt make it legal to own. IF its illegal, ALL cars wont beable to have them on.
The dealerships have to make sure all cars are legal to the laws of their respectful city/country/province/territory/state/kingdom etc....
therefore,
i havent looked into the HTA regarding yellow headlights, but im guessing IF any car comes FACTORY with yellow headlights, then im 100% sure its LEGAL to have on ANY car

I recall a thread on this topic fromthis past winter and it was my understanding that healdights must be an amber/yellow or white coloured beam.
I'll try to search and find it.
EDIT: I found this in about 1 min of searching.
