I use H&R Sport with Koni Yellows and love the setup. It works great for me.

if you have the money get the yellow's...they're pretty much the best off the shelf shock you will get for your car.

I like both... it's really a matter of personal preference, or whatever you get a deal on. Check the groupbuy, Astroboy was selling the Progress $260 brand new I think!
