hi, i was wondering if the integra Type R spoiler fit onto a 99 civic si coupe?

no
just get an SIR spoiler if you like the style
you can buy aftermarket 'type r' spoilers if you really want

actually it does fit....i mean its just 4 bolts and the width is fine. I attached a picture of my friends ride (red with type R spoiler, and my ride SiR spoiler) Looks good, but it doesnt have the strip of LEDs.
You could get that strip they make for the middle for it though, i dont know what its called, but it looks pimp, lol.
