bought mesh
ok i bought the mesh. i couldn find a pic on homedepot.com but i did a google search and i found sum dudes sight where a pic is kwikmesh
i think it looks like a good size, just imagint it black! for all of you that want it, i got it at home depot:

1/8 galvanized expanded metal roll
it was 7 dollars for a roll 6"s wide and 25' long. lol plenty incase i make a mistake. they also have a 12" wide by 25' long in case the 6"isnt wide enough but i think it will do fine. that is the shortest length i could find too. im gonna do it tomarrow!
let me know what you think about it looks or "how well it will look"

When its painted black the pattern wont be that noticeable but that stuff looks nice. I will probably end up doing that to my 98 grille aswell, dunno whether to do all the grilles in gunmetal or black.

sanding my cuts took a while, but thats cuz i like things to look very professional, and trimming the mesh grille took a while too, overall, look at about 2-2.5 hours for painting and all to be complete

well i took the grille off the previous day to inspect it and make a "plan of attack" so i knew exactly what i was doin, so it didnt take that long. in the end, it costed me like 8bux and 2.5 hours (i already had paint) and it was WELL WORTH IT. just remember TAKE YOUR TIME
