is there anything i can do to cover the holes in my front bumper that hold the front lisence plate brackets?

Sand it down fill it in and paint it. That would look the cleanest

Body filler. I say get to know some one who works/owns a body shop. i'm sure they will fill it in for u like nothing. its only two small holes. not worth spending money on. or u can go to crappy tire and look in the auto body repair section and find something with fiber glass mixed into the body filler and use that for the bumper. Then u need to get primer, paint, and wetsand sandpaper to sand it down and then a polish/wax to make it all clean to blend in with the rest of the paint.

its alot of work for two holes in my opinion

and they have covers for them
they will cost u like 12 bucks.
and they are colour pre matched.
so just buy that and put it on and ur done.
