i need a set of bright crystal white headlights like the bmw's have. but not too bright like a highbeam b/c my headlight bulbs i have now are very bad i can't see too well in the night.

p.s. if you also know anyone selling a pair please let me me know about it, thanx

My Opinion...Just get the Sylvania Cool Blue from Crappy Tires. Decent Quality but not as white as those Eurolites or Xenon Ultra White.

I have a couple of pairs of Xenon bulbs brand new. I don't know what kind of bulbs are used in the 89's, but the ones I have are H4's. $20

try pacific mall(steeles and Kennedy) i got mine for $25 but the hyper white i think cause a little more maybe $30 or more depending on the brand name

89 Civic aka 4th Gen uses HB4(9006) for Low beam
