Good as in quality? Any wheel will hold up fine under normal driving conditions.

well...weight would be dependent on the size of the rim...so 15s would be lighter than 17s for sure.

Ive had a set of sukudo's, good rims, nothing wrong with the like fading, flaking etc. but as or weight as mentioned above...obviously the are more "show than go" in that sense.

PS the black w/ lip look really nice

both those rims are ugly. just my opinion. (actually the sokudo looked good on NoSpleeny's 7th gen sedan)

I had ADR Spyders back in 2000, the clearcoat peeled off the polished lip (which happens on all polished lips anyways), but otherwise the rims seemed durable enough. Mine were 17 lbs for a 17 inch wheel.

Enkei wheels, same will happen, clearcoat peeled off the lip on my buddy's Enkeis after about a year.

17lb for just a rim seems a lot still..
and isn't enkei made by japan? shouldn't it better then the ADR

i'm thinking to go with 18" but the guy at the shop told me to get 17s instead, size really matters huh.. ha...
also i was told that you can jump upto 2" without problems (16 stock to 18s) for 19s you might looking to bend your fenders i guess that's pretty right too..

any other opinion?

Enkei's are very under-rated in North America. There is a reason they have the only iso9000 certified plant in the WORLD. They also put a lot of R&D into their wheels, and go to extreme measures to make sure everything is perfect. They even have a whole water filtration facility to ensure there are no impurities in the water they use to make their wheels.

Another brand to check out, if your interested in quality, is AME. AME is a sister brand of Endless/Zeal, but manufactured in the Enkei plants to ensure top notch quality.

What does ISO9000 mean? I've also seen "banners" on some industrial buildings indicating ISO##### as well.

SilverSiG posted a great link for info on the ISO. As you can see, being ISO certified is not an easy task, and being certified implies a great deal about the quality of your product.

Enkei also manufactures a ton of OEM wheels, and those as you are probably aware, have very stringent specifications because OEM wheels are meant to last.

It's no wonder there are only two real groups of wheels coming out of Japan. Enkei/AME vs. Rays/Volks.
