What to do with my rusted quarter panels
Well I was thinking a cut and weld... but i can't find a place where i can get a new quarter panel at and i don't have cutting tool handy for me to go to junkyard and cut it off.
I've seen a guy selling brand new quarterpanels, he said he'll get them in on the first week of march, but i don't know, he's been loafting on me with the pm, i don't think he's getting them anymore.
Does anyone know where i can get new quarterpanels? or what else would I be able to do? it's in pretty bad shape...

It's a 92 civic, all i need is just the quarter panel pretty much
and i'm willing to try cutting and welding, i know how to weld
