no negative comments, but if you're doing a conversion you should do a JDM front end on your car man, it's been done before and it looks pretty good too

Well to do the conversion i believe there will be some cutting etc needed. So you will have to take it to a bodyshop

Agreed. Your best bet is to shop around for a body shop to do the work for you. This doesn't really sound like a job that you would want to tackle yourself unless you have the proper equipment and knowledge. Just call around, and tell them that you already have all the parts.

Ya

I love that conversion, I almost bought everything to do it on my EG too. Theres some cutting and welding invloded, make sure the body shop you choose, welds and doesn't use filler!!!!!

Your car is gonna look sick!

If you already have the parts, just do it!! I think it' would be nice, a LX with the teg front...go for it! Should be relatively straight forward, except for the hood crossmember thingy, where the hood latches...joo know what I mean, right?

why dont u check it out
take ur front end off and see if the teg fenders alignup etc
if they do the only problem i see here might be the fact that the holes for the bolts dont line up

That's booooo-sheeet!!

No way it would take $3000 to do it...with paint for the front end $1500 max! Talk to MartinGouda, he has a place he dealt with. Also, dented dx has a place too, since he just had his done in green.

It's so easy...more or less bolt on. You're getting ripped at this new place. Maybe $3000 for like a S2000 front end to get grafted on in just labour, but not with the integra front end. They dont' know what they are talking about.

Well, do you need to paint it or not? If you need paint, forget it, materials alone cost over $200...that's just primer, paint, clearcoat....nothing else. It costs about $1000 to paint a front end right, plus labour into the part where the hood latches. That's why I said about $1500.

For the install, they should charge no more than $250, esp if they are doing the paint too!
