Winter Tire Sale On Now!!!

Whats up everyone, I work at the local wal-mart here in Belleville. I'm not 100% sure if this applies to all wal-marts but we are having a blowout sale on winter tires. One 195/65/R14 is selling for $30.00! I priced out a set of 4 winter tires and it came up to 178.00 after taxes and balancing (not including disposal) I think that this is a wicked deal and I'm getting a set tomorrow. If you want to get a set they have limited quanties and no rain checks or anything else like that.

P.S. Disposal costs $2.50 a tire.

It doesnt matter if they are coming from WalMart...MICHELIN manufactures their tires so they are just as good...

They have all of those sizes ranging from 30 to 39.00. Wal-Mart tires aren't produced by michelin, they are produced by goodyear. Ulyslees and Wintermark are goodyears but renamed and less km warantee. Their all seasons I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole, but their snows are really good and have a really good agressive tread for biting into snow and ice.

Chigga, I saw an ad in the Spectator the other day. Most of the 14" and 15" sizes were $30-$40. I was going to get a set if this snow keeps up.

I checked it out and every wal-mart has winter tires on sale. What they're doin though is that they are advertising in the local newspapers because they can't guarantee the quantity so they can't advertise it in the wal-mart flyer. I just got my set installed this morning and they're amazing! They bite like crazy but they're also new but I like them and the price is really good too. Grab'em while they last bro's!

Just got them put on. Winter Mark Magnsomething. $214 total for tires, install, balancing, tire disposal. I guess that's a good deal.

My bad, your right, Ulysses are made by Kumho, I was thinking of their Ultra Touring tires. And 214.00 for 4 tires is an amazing deal! You got disposal and probably a bigger size tire than me so you did get a good deal.

No i got 195/70/14 . the stock size is 215/60/14 but I haven't run that big since I got the car. 2 days after I baught it I blew a tire and I've had the set of BF Goodrich on m balcony ever since. They're huge, but i dont even wanna deal with them anymore. Getting 205/50/16's for the summer.

Drove home after a late night at the office and these tires were great. Still some slippage, but that's mostly me and my lead foot. But yeah I didn't even come close to getting stuck once, and I barely had any fishtale in the turns. Best $214 I've spent on the car in a while.
