Anyone know where to buy a racing helmet, for the track? Is there special ones u need, or are motorcycle helmets fine?

Any info greatly appreciated.

well this is quoted from casc or solo 2 ontario rule book.

"Only helmets meeting one of the following will be accepted for competition in a 2006 autoslalm event and must be worn by all competitors in a timed run.

For lapping days, you can buy one from CT. They are DOT approved motocycle helmets.

Bell is a good brand, well, decent. Anything between 150 to 90 dollars is ok.

And guys if you're thinking about getting this helmet do it! Had so many other brands of helmet but after a while the padding gets worn so easily that they don't feel good anymore. I'm still currently using another ARAI right now and it's over 5 years old and still feels like new.
