I hadn't looked into it really. All I know is that in the Matamy homes I saw instead of using plywood sheathing on the outside, they used styrafoam and put the siding on top of that. First I had seen. I guess I was used to working with builders who build more expensive homes.

I had heard that about Matamy homes, didn't know if it was true.
