Stress@Work

I have been experiencing a lot of stress in my new job lately, and I just wanted to find a place to share my frustration.

Does anyone else have this problem of excessive job-related stress in the workplace?

lmfao Gallagher.
winter is best time for me, since when i get really stressed from work or other things, ill go snowboarding with my music. its the best thing for me. summer is kinda hard for me but i find some physical work where i can relieve all the anger/stress. hah i chopped down 2 trees in my backyard this year!!!
also try burnouts or just late at night go cruizing out of city out of all the lights. its really relaxing.

I find working out gets rid of stress.

I should have hit the gym tonight, I really need to release a lot of stress and anger.

Never had this problem. I guess that's why I don't mind going to work every day.

I love people that get stressed out at work...makes me laugh, I for one dont stress work at all, there is no point at all...its work, thats it....let real problems stress you out...or just take up smoking...extra breaks, calming nicotine etc

Work and colleagues stress me out, but Im trying to not let it bother me. It's only a job right. If it causes that much stress than quit and find a better job. You'll be glad you did in the long run.

well when i first start working at swiss chalet, it was very fast pace work, and often gets stressful when ppl are asking for stuff right left and center.

but over time it kinda trained me how to react, approach certain things when things get to that point. you know what they say, no matter what kind of job it is you always learn something from it.

so i carried that same approach to my real job and it works like a charm.

I don't experience too much stress at work.

Our environment is too easy going for the most part.

It seems to work great.

I find the more stressed/angry you are, the more weight you can do.

I guess it's the extra adrenalyne.
