If you go to pmall please do not go to soft mart.. they are a bunch of racist lying f***ers...
they lie about the chips they put in.. they give you faulty games and are racist as hell..
I went with a friend.. he went into the store asked if they had a game.. as soon as I walked beside him he said no.. so we got another friend to go in by himself.. he got the game..

Well I try to stay away from pmall as much as I can because myself being chinese born canadian I know what kind of mentality goes on with the certain chinese people. But anyways after I did some research I found some really reputable places in Toronto that carry real mod chips and are charging prices equal or cheaper to those at pacific mall.
I don't want to advertise here , but if anyone is interested feel free to pm and i'll send you some links.
