What pops everytime I go is my hips. Goes in and out quickly, hurts minimally. Really awkward feeling.

I feel that the most doing hanging leg raises which I have been doing more frequently trying to get my mid section beef'd up.


I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question but crunches do your lower abs right?

I need to work on my lower more and I need to start doing decline 35* side to side. thats what I call it.

shoulder when i started or when i come back after months, i always start with 15lbs, then week after 20lbs, then most i have ever done it 30lbs, on 35 i get some rotating joint issues

I don't like going heavy on side raises; I only do 25lbs

front raises I do heavy; and I go really heavy on shoulder presses

I went to the gym and worked out yesterday. I plan on going again on thursday and saturday and sunday ... I am going to do chest , legs , tri's and back .....still missing my shoulder day as I have issues ...that's it ......
