RC model car paint

Hey guys recently before the holidays I got a s2000 from Ones Better Living in marketvillage well it isnt a REAL rc car, just the play for fun one the regular price was 70$ sale to 25$ so i got it.


Anyways its so ghetto with all these stickers all riced up so Im just taking off stickers and I want to repaint these cars.


I heard tamayaka (sp?) paint are good and what kinda brush i use? normal art brushes?


Are the touchup paint u get from honda any good to paint heh
and could i get a spoiler?

Get a model air brush kit. Testors make one for $40, and Wal Mart and Toys R Us caryy it.

And you don't need a compressor for the airbrush...

would touch up paint work?

they're ultra cheap on a site if its good i oculd order a few

If you need to strip the old paint, first use easy off oven cleaner, just don't leave it for more than 5 minutes and rinse real good. Then Tamiya model primer is amazing. Holds all your detail. Then if you want something really trick get an airbrush guy to paint it with Auto-air airbrush paint but say you want it extended out so that it looks like a layered laquer job.

Or get it done by someone who does real cars in base clear.

but i think i am already teh broke!

This is just a rc model to fool around not to spend too mcuh i think ill stick to paint my self

and are spoiler cheap ? heh i want one :P
