seriously in 70s it was worrying about a coming ice age and global cooling and now it's carbon Dioxide and Global warming...

I think the thing that scares humans most is climate change ... we are not as an adaptive species as we once were when we first walked out of africa... of course we have survived major climate change in the past but like the stock market past performance is not representive of future performance .. mainly why weather cannot be predicted.

i think the average human needs something to be scared of, needs a cause to work for... fearmongering about global warming by Gore just caters to that need...

just like when you turn the news on at 6 or open the paper the headlines don't say anything good, they give you all the bad **** and how terrible and scared you should be... blah blah blah
