ONT Gov't vs Sean Penn

Aparrently Sean Penn was caught smoking at some interview/press conference indoors in Ontario. Do you think he should receive special treatment or what? I dont... lol i stil lhave to go outside when i wanna smoke..

They should just fine his ***.

apparently hes been "warned" so a fine could come tonite or tomrrow sometime ..

fine his *** thats bull****..... if i were to do somthing like that id get fined instantly.. **** celberity status its not like hes done anything other than make movies... and money
