well it's basically the same.

they both are included in what I call the Dirty Triangle.

Buffalo, Hamilton and Oshawa

dirty cities indeed, but the Sabres have a really exciting team ... they're doing quite well so far and that's after losing 2 of their top players from last year

LOL i remember in july.. all my friends were making fun of me, saying oh noes! bye bye drury and briere... there goes buffalo

yes its only 2 weeks into the season but i think the sabres will be okay... what everyone seems to forget is that the sabres rolled 4 decent lines last season and they didnt' have tim connolly available, whos just as good as briere if not better when healthy.

tomorrow vs toronto will be tough, toronto is more physical then buffalo and that will def help toronto large if they can slow down buffalo...

*tear - So I got tickets to the game last night... it was a decent game for the first two periods...

but that's only because we were leading... then the leafs started playing like the leafs and it all went to hell.... I donno what they were doing... it's sad to watch. Altho watching Crosby in action is unbelievable that kid is amazingly fast and talented...

why are you gonna boo him? cuz you want the sabres to win so bad? he's a good player, if you're a true fan of the sport wouldn't you like good players no matter what team they're on?

I have to say I've watched him on tv and ish before, but in person holy crap...

Yeah I guess i'm different, if I see someone super talented even if they're not on 'my team' I'll still applaud them, I'm all about being a fan of the sport...

probably also why I don't have a 'favourite' team in any league of any sport right now... I just like watching a good competition, and good players play well...

You just assumed that everyone in the acc is a hardcore leafs fan...

Seeing as it's the only NHL team in this area (and sorry buffalo doesn't count as in our area lol) if you wanna watch good hockey that's where you go...

The leafs suck, and everyone knows it lol... altho it wasn't quiet at all...

not as loud as during the raps playoffs tho - but that has a simple explanation...

i'm beginning to think that all the leaf fans are very stupid instead of being "loyal"

and yes, i'm a leaf fan.
