How would it look?
For a paint job, ive always thought about getting a flat paint job. Instead of like Gloss black, or Gloss any color, but instead get a Flat black or flat any color, kind of like the color os snatchbacks bumper.
Anyone ever doen this before, I like the rough texture of paint, and would look diff instead of seeing a shiny color.

Depends on what colour. It'll also have that chalkbourd kind of feel.
Hey if you get it in black or green you could draw your own stuff on it with chalk! (mind you i'd come off in the rain)
Snatchbacks car looks more like a matt or satin finish, looks nice.
To go full on flat will give your car that US Army Hummer look.

The mat black things is cool , but dirt will stick to your car link crazy.
Winter would be a nightmare for salt.

That factory primer look is so cool, it SO says pre-season testing.

What about factory primer, with a clear coat on top? Would that be good for winter, but still have that flat black look sorta?

If it was a flat clear coat, then it'll still collect salt and rust.

Clear coat will make it shiney. It would look like a crappy black that was shiney not flat.

Cleaning it would require scrubbing it.
A glossy or smooth surface would make water and salt slide right off of the surface. Washing it would be easier.
