My mom is looking to buy the New Honda Pilot..i went into the Honda dealership at Hwy 7 and Kennedy in Markham and i was not impressed with the service i got their.
I remember back when iwas first looking for a car..i was thinking of getting a SIR coupe and the same dealership(hwy 7 and Kennedy) just simpley said No we don't have any left! No help, no direction to were i could find one...they said to check the Autotrader in 6 months. Oh well
Do you guys have any dealerships you can suggest to me...i'm looking for good customer service...actually i demand good customer service when makeing a 45 000$+ purchase!

Thanks guys i'll suggest these to my Parents
Not to feel bad about the Markham honda because Markham Mazda is the Worst Dealership in the world
"if anyone has to go to a Mazda dealership-do not go to MARKHAM MAZDA unless you want crappy service and a hole in your pocket...I hate Markham Mazda..hate!"

I bought my car used at Formula Honda. I found the salesman to be very good, informative and willing to negotiate as well. Haven't had any experience with their new car department though. I don't service my car there though, I get my service done at Acura in Markham and have no complaints.

When buying a new car, I don't really care much about the buying process. It's just the warranty servicing that matters. Anyways, I would recommend joining APA. They'll give you the dealer cost of the vehicle and refer you to their Honda broker. The broker will arrange for you to buy a car from the dealer (I think it's Parkway Honda) for a "fair" price (no bicker, no negotiation).
We bought my girlfriend's Accord for $600 above cost, which is a really good price, but I didn't go through the APA broker. I just walked into North Markham with the APA quote (actually a little cheaper )and gave them a "take it or leave it offer", and they took it.
If the Pilot is selling like crazy and going for list price, then you won't be able to do this. However, if they're being discounted, you'll save a lot of money.

At Sisley for Honda, My brother is a tech there as well as my best friends, well i pretty am much friends with the whole service department because of my brother,.... regardless, i do know a guy in used cars, that also deals with new cars and if you want i can set you up with him just email me at jeffboomer@hotmail.com
as for them not taking modded cars.....
um yes that true... ask any honda / acura tech. if they like bringing in a moded car...... more than 90% will tell you NO!
but it was nice though how my brother and i took some time off work and rebuilt my motor at the old dealership, and get to see the bullshit that tech's have to through, but none the less they really have a good time at work, it was fun, i felt like i worked there for a week.
anyways let me know.

Formula Honda is great when it comes to sales. But when you need something to be replaced (covered by warranty) they treat you like ****. I can't stand NM Honda either, too crowded lot. I don't know about the customer service there though. Try Centre Honda, Downtown.

The Honda dealership at Erin Mills Honda (mississauga) is horrible. Unfriendly salesman (but hot greeters)...the girl that greets people there isn't too bad..
I guess I'm lucky. The Honda dealership here doesn't care if I tune my car at all. Although I only take my car there if its absolutely neccessary, other than that I take my car to my mechanic.
Guess it could have something to do with my car bein so old...
