What Honda dealership do you get your car serviced at?
What Honda dealership do you guys get your cars serviced at...I usually get my car serviced at North Markham Honda, but recently I have experienced horrible service and they have also recently tried to scam me into repair parts that are fine (as checked out by another mechanic). However, I would still like to get my oil changed at a Honda dealer...but I am beginning to think that they are a corrupt thieves. If someone could recommend another Honda dealer that has provided them with excellent service that would be great.

I don't do any work at Honda dealers cuz it's way too expensive... but if youre under warranty I guess you really have no choice. Try RoadSport Honda at Kennedy and Ellesmere...
I've hear horror stories about North Markham, apparently some of the mechanics there are crossed-eyed, and they've actually dropped afew cars off the lift bays... sounds stupid buts its true.

I live really close to North Markham Honda, but they're service isn't really that great. I only go there for actual OEM parts that I need (ie. clips and stuff), but besides that I never go to dealers..

Not sure about other dealerships, but I have a friend who works at a particular HONDA dealership... and you should hear the stories he tells me... I sometimes wonder how they stay in business. Scammers? You bet.

Used top think Parkway Honda was really good, but level of service has really tailed off in the past couple of years. It almost seems as they have become too big and forgot about the clients who got them there.
Doing things like sending out letters for service with your name misspelt doesn't earn any brownie points.
There are plenty of good shops around that have former honda mechanics in them...There's one on Ellesmere past McCowan that is really good...two former guys from Formula Honda. I'll get the name and post it shortly.

I got the first oil change on my EL at Formula Honda as I bought the car there. I'm probably going to try the new Acura dealer in Markham next time.
I would stay away from N. Markham Honda based on a few stories I have heard about that place. I took my old Civic there a few times in the past, but their service wasn't really that great.

Why not take it to your favorite mechanic instead? You'll probably end up paying less, and getting better work done.
Unless the work required is warranty related, having another shop do vehicle maintenance won't void your warranty. Unless your using aftermarket parts that directly have an effect towards failure.
Have the shop write up a proper receipt. That's your service record.
