I didn't think they would ever be able to find a cure for AIDS.

Its not a cure for aids.. its a therapy for HIV. HIV can pregress to AIDs.. but this virus is for HIV, not aids, so people who already have aids are sol.

one thing they are not considering ...

all viruses mutate once released into the wild...

this engineered virus could mutate and become deadly...

just a thought.... I think they should design it for maximum extremination of HIV so that it doesn't ****** and then market it as an injection you get that way it doesn't go wild and can be controlled longer.

Yeah, I realize that the people with AIDS are sol.
I guess I worded it wrong. It is a cure for HIV and a prevention of AIDS.
