wow, thats brutal, i mean, i sort of understand why...but if you have diarrhea and you use someones bathroom, can you get charged for not telling them?

Besides, from what i gathered from this article, she told her partner that she had HIV before having sex (and has witness') and she's still getting screwed.
What do you have to do? Make out an "i have HIV" form and have your partner sign it with a witness present?
