i think she should be used for medical research.
at the very least, be tried with the same charge as murder.

zeeman, if you get an HIV test and are found positive, you must tell anyone you're going to have sex with or you will get charged.

Besides, from what i gathered from this article, she told her partner that she had HIV before having sex (and has witness') and she's still getting screwed.
What do you have to do? Make out an "i have HIV" form and have your partner sign it with a witness present?
Talk about ruining the moment....lol.

it's brutal? spraying feces in someone's designated feces management system is very different than being a carrier of a potentially lethal virus.
if people were more responsible, it would not ****** as much as it does.
sure it can ruin the moment, but what would you prefer... have an amazing time with a chick and wake up with ebola, or have your night of passion ruined for one evening.
there are groups where people can look for others with the same diseases.
i tried to start an online dating thing... stdsingles.com.. but it was taken... this was a long time ago of course.
i know someone with HIV.. he actually got married.. people's choices are their own.. but you can't go around not telling someone you can give them a disease for the rest of their life just because you want to bust a nut.
