Stick you finger in the fuse panel.

If you get shocked once rewired its the fuses...

ok, he said he checked the fuses and none were blown, but i will check tomorrow for myself to see....


If there not blown, what could be the problem ?

He also said the clock does not work either, neither the deck or any of the dome lights, door lights, etc....

In Ford vehicles a lot of things go through the radio power supply, even like power locks and stuff... I'm 99% sure his radio fuse blew. I had a crown vic and the wiring was all mashed, tons of isht didn't work. I installed a system, and voila, everything that didn't work... worked again! I was like *BONUS*
