I'm dangerously close to having it (high blood pressure, wieght, smoker, family history). That's what my evaluator said. Time to go crazy in the gym now.

You cant go crazy in the gym right off the bat, you'll poo yourself. Take it slowly and get a grove for working out first

No, I know I can't overdo it, he told me that. I've got 3 months to get in the best shape as I can (my bro's wedding, and I'm the best man). It will take me 8-12 months to get to the level I want to be at. I want to drop 50lbs, and just be a cut bastard. Once I reach that level, I'll go for even more size. Guy said I've got what it takes to do strongman comp, once my cardio/core strength is in check.

the wise words of a wise man, theres nothing better to do when ur heart is already bad than snort some coke and get it moving 100 beats per second...lol......it could technically get a workout without u ever having to but then u could also die...is it worth the risks? i think so......lol

I was thinking of going on Clembuterol (if that's how u spell it) to help trim down quicker, but apparent it's almost, if not more, dangerous than ephedryne, so I'll just pass on it for now till I've got more info and more valuable opinions/stories.

if you're thinking about taking clen, you should read this:

http://www.erowid.org/experiences/exp.php?ID=7208

also, clen, ephedrine or any other exercise "supplement" is basically useless without a proper diet and exercise program already in place.

I've taken it and I've never had any problems with it all.
