Yeah I've been asking a lot of trainers and health people, and all of them say don't bother with it.

Tego:

Steroids have long term effects. My uncle was a pro body builder and competitor back in the day. All of his buddies were on royds, including himself. Out of a group of like 8 or 9 friends I think only 3 of them are still alive. All of them died as long term results of the royd usage; either by cancer, suicide, etc.

He was actually telling me today he used to sell this stuff among other builders way back in the day.

well, it's like this. i think you get something like a 3-10% boost in metabolism from taking ephedrine.

if you don't have a proper diet and training routine where you've got your body used to burning fat and are mainting a caloric deficeit (i.e. your metabolism is already maximized) then the drugs aren't going to be effective.

best steroid dealer ever: the kid who sold jimmy the gear on southpark. the episode where cartman wants to compete in the special olympics.

eh? eh? who knows what i'm talking about?

I've had four when I was a child, & had some severe heart disease. I can't recall the correct spelling but the disease was /is called "Kawosacki". Been going back to the hospital quite often this past week for several routine tests. What's a bonus is that I workout regularly and do a lot of cardio, which is an asset to my health. Lately my asthma has been owning me BAD,,, oh well, thats life.

I heard when people come off steroids they go on a serious downer and get depressed.. I also read in a magazine about some dude that took them for so long and then his muscles started to rot away and he had to get them all cut out.. nasty

Roid's are ****ign nasty. I swear my buddy did them but he wont' admit it. And he did a ****load of Creatine. So now he's all water and top heavy. Pure Woodbridge look. **** that. When your on those drug's you get a crazy workout no matter what you do. But then when your off its harder to tone individual Muscle's because your used to them all being bulked up. The Woodbrige workout is Curl's and Bench's only. All chest and Arm's to pick up chick's.So with Creatine or Roid's you'll bulk your whole upper body with only a few differnt lift's. but is it worth the sideeffect's? I never worked out in my life and only started 2 mnth's ago and have noticed a definate improvement. It feel's alot better knowing your toning yourself through good eating habit's and regular workout's. You even start to crave it. After you get over the hump when they ache a little you start lifting almost everyday.
