I went to my boy's house yesterady and saw that someone stole the highback spoiler of his sister's 99' Civic Si. I was so pissed. This car has gone through so much ****. Her stock Honda foglights have been stolen 4 times, and not too long ago some ******* mangled her entire dash console trying to get her deck out.
The car just doesn't look the same without it. Honestly, I have never seen a Civic like hers. It's all stock Honda, but like none on the road in Toronto had this package. Jet black with the SIR highback spoiler, little Honda 5 stars (similar to the Acura 1.6).

Could be. The mounting screws are still in the wholes where it was drilled on the trunk lid.
If anyone sees an SIR style highboy (or whatever they call it) spoiler in black from a 99 or 2000 Civic Si, be cautious cause it could be jacked. And if u see one being chopped, that seems suspicious, please let me know. The spoiler was either stolen in the Western University area of London, or somewhere aroud Richmond Hill ( I still don't know when it was stoeln). Sometime between last Monday, and this past Friday.
