hahaa. you used to be able to buy these at the joke shop (here in orillia anyways). It had 2 arms that you pushed out so the thing would hold itself on the pipe.. and it was god awful annoying. think.. a kitchen kettle that is boiling. Thats the kindof noise they can make. I remember putting one on a teachers car when I was in highschool. heheh.. drove away it sounded soo bad.
