If you want to find a used one or something like that, check out http://www.howardforums.com. They got tonnes of stuff for sale in their classifieds, and most people are from TO. Been using the site since it was started.

however finding an 8800 series for a 'fair' price is pretty unlikely, its a price that carries an inflated price new, and that will show with its re-sale value...
that phone sells for $1200 new from Fido without a contract, not a cheap phone (even though its options are comparable to a 3 year old Sony Ericsson)
