Some schmuck did this to me today too... I'm still livid about it
I'm sitting at the light driving my buddy's 2003 Passat Turbo (lowered 1.8" on 17" wheels) and this moron in a red V6 Dodge ram pulls up beside, when the light goes he totally floors it, whatever, I pull away too, he's a bit ahead and slows down, guess he was mad cuz I didn't wanna play (had my buddy, his fiancée and my wife in the car) so I change lanes to pass him, he totally floors it again and drifts over into my lane so I can't pass!!! Anyway, when we get to the next light, he's waving his frickin' hand out the window like "Ha Ha, I owned you!" Then he made a quick right while I was going straight, man I wish I had known so I could turn too.
I have 2 points for this loser!
1- If I wanted to race you (or actually knew we were racing), you would lose!
2- It's not a win when you run the other guy off the road! ***!
Note: I do not condone or do street racing of any sort, I take it to the track at all times to drive like an idiot. Autocross rules!

Toyman29 so what category do I fit in with my stock beat up civic that runs int he stock races in solo 2
to everyone that street races and reads this ... give some grassroots motorsports a chance, try solo 2... and if it's your first time out I'll even pay the entry fee so long as you take it off the streets and onto the tracks (this offer applies to solo 2 racing only) just look me up...

I second that idea, there is no excuse on the streets guys, autocrosses are cheap, local and plentiful... Hell any newbie can come to one of our events (TLMC in Barrie) and if you beat me in FWD1 I'll pay your entry fee... This offer does not apply to current racers (Sorry Jason, I'm not that rich, plus I'm afraid you just might beat me)
BTW Jason, what were your times at the pro-solo? I'm curious to see if we're in the same range, I had two 42 second runs, a 41 with a cone or two and a OC.

Pro solo I was around there ... but I'll have to check when I get home ....
once again ... if your a first time solo 2 competitor and you wanna try it out ... I'll pay your entry fee ...and here's something better I'll hand over the entry fee again to you if you beat me your first time out (regardless of class (yes thats right I don't car if your running a done up rx-7 or a sizuki swift you beat me I hand you the entry fee on top of it so long as it's your first time out), best times used)
Street racing is meaningless a win in street racing is like winning the special Olympics, you might have won but your still a retard.

Hehe... that sucks for you guys... I don't get that around here, but then again, I don't really drive my car anymore, so maybe that's why? I have a friend who's kinda like that... he's got a blower, but the install is not done, so he rolls around town with his blower whining, but no boost. 
It's funny... 
But he's a cool guy, and he's learning the ways of becoming #2 on the list... so 
all in good time. I used to be #1 too at one point when I was 17...
