Does anyone know if the OEM 13" Honda Steel Wheels will fit on a 2004 Civic (non Si)?

Nope. A 14" is the smallest. I have them on my 03 and they just fit.

Thanks for the response.

The car has 14" wheels from the factory.
I was thinking of getting winter wheels and 13" tires are damn cheap, I wasn't sure if 13"s would fit.

I was just reading this and wondering ... if you can afford an 04 Civic how can you not afford 14'' wheels. How much more expensive can 14'' wheels and tires be? And why not use the 14'' that came with the car? It's not like you have the Si and therefore have alluminum wheels.

Free-bees maybe?

I'm wondering how 13's would not be the greatest. I don't thimk the diameter of the wheel/tire has anything to do with traction or safety.

I know, thats what I don't understand either. Stock size winters should be more than enough, the rubber will be doing its stuff.

I've asked lots of people with EG's driving stock size winters and they all say its been great/fine. Better than driving without winters.

whatever can fit over your brake assembly get. My car comes with stock 16" but 15" is the smallest you can fit over, so I run that. Tires are cheaper and its perfectly fine.

13 INCH RIMS ON AN 01 UP CIVIC WONT FIT IT WILL RUB AGAINST THE CALIPER.
NOT TO MENTION IT WOULD LOOK REALLY BAD TO MUCH WHEEL GAP.
THERE ARE LOTS OF 14 INCH RIMS IN THE FS SECTION SOME WITH WINTER RUBBER.
