What do you do with your ride in winter?

i just drive it , it's the only car i have, but i'm gonna buy new summer-rims in the winter( much cheaper then in summer) so my rims don't oxidate or something because of the cold and the salt when it's freezing.

I dont care if its being driven in the winter or not, I wana get it coated. Ive had the car on the lift and its beautiful undearneath. doesnt look like its a 10yr old car.
Just for the record...Im not rich..but Im sure i can work some extra hours to buy a beater n that is why I am thinkin about it.

What about your tires? Is there something that can be done so you don't get flat spots from sitting all winter. I've hear that people put wood under so it's not as hard as cement, or that they move the car from time to time just to start the motor and to rotate the tire's.....what's the best way?

this winter i am hoping to make it the last for my car, as i am looking for a winter car / summer car for the wife...
but this season gonna replace headlights with oem, replace the rims with winter rubber/steelies, and take off my lip and store it in my house.
and of course there is still gonna be mods made to it over the winter/fall, and when i usually buy parts and store em till the new season - 06 is gonna be crazy for the sedan

You have got to start the car a few times during the winter, just so that the engine oil doesnt settle n thicken. As for the tires..I dono, wood and foam are both good I guess, but personally, in my case I think thats going too far. Then again I have low pro's so they are already flat.
If your gonna park it in your home garage keep in mind, if there is a room ontop of the garage...the garage will very likely stay slightly headed all through winter. Thats the case with my house, my bedroom leaks some heat to the garage below..I guess it aint bad knowing that my baby is staying warm lol.
