For those you you driving your cars through winter
For those who have lowered cars, do you plan to raise them for the winter. I'm sitting pretty low on S-Tech's in a 2000 Si Coupe. I'm considering just removing my lips instead of changing back to stock springs for the winter. Just curious, is anyone in this same boat with me?

I say rasi it up i dident rase my ek up and it was ok just driveing in the snow
1 time the snow was like ift deep and it wasent so good then haveing 2 plow the streat with my feels fromt bumper
its not the snow thats the ***** its the 100's of chunks of ice that the cars and the trucks have fall of them on the highway that dont do your paint job any good
they wil rip the crap out of the bumpers and its not nice haveing 2 respray the bumper and mabie even replaceing it because its cold and brital and dosent take impact verry well

i drove my ek slammed for years in the snow with a lip on...
i ripped a lip off once, but that's cuz there was a HUUUGE chunk of ice on the road, and to be honest it would've killed the lip even if i had raised my car up a bit,
IMO if you're a decent driver get a good set of snows, and enjoy the look your car has in the winter... i took my slammed car to tremblant two years in a row and with the snows it was great, it really snows there and i never had a problem drive around anywhere even crazy steep hills...

Lowered, with front lip. Mind you, OEM lip bolts on 9 locations so it is very strong against frontal impact. Aftermarket only mounts on the side so it is easier for it to get damaged.
I have severe paint damage on the front and yet, nothing on it.
If the snow gets big, people get stuck regardless, and by then, you will have more damages than just a front lip.

I'm dropped 2"+ on eibach's on my 00' SiR coupe, with full oem skirts and lip.
Went all last winter no problem with some good snow tires, and I'll go this winter no problem.
Snow-plowin FTW!!! lol.
