Just my $0.02
That's exactly what I'm planning. My 03 is a very nice daily driver, but when it comes to mods, the 7th gens are not worth it. Parts are scarce and usually very expensive.

I suggest you follow through with the swap. Spend a little bit of money on some tranny word and upgrade the torque converter.
An auto turbo set up will be way more efficient then a manual turbo set-up.
Remember when you press in that clutch to change gears your rev range drops and you are losing power as. With an auto with a bit of tranny work and little bit of messing around you will create a decent lil street car.

Why have something everyone else has when you can walk a different path and be called unique.

Step outside the circle and stand in a triangle!

turbo

bc of past run ins with a turbo 7th gen(last week) its a real pain in the *** to remove after having it only installed for 2 weeks if u really want a turbo 7th gen auto u have to be ready to do the tranny cooler, torque conver and even a solonoid upgrade, plus the turbo kit, plus dyno tuning, plus new less restrictive exhaust, emanage, boost controller, injectors, spark plugs, and minor head work. Also make sure its professionally done, even if you know ur **** some1 always knows more than you. OH i also forgot to add the extra fuel costs...premium gas and it burns it like its going out of style...

Thats my $0.03
LMAO
