"As I'm waiting in line, my friend and I were drawing stuff on my car where it was all white from the salt. After the car wash, I looked at the car and was astonished to find writing was still there!"

I am lost.

One assumes that one complains after the service provided doesn't meet expectations. Otherwise that would be dumb. My post is in chronological order. I complained after the car wash when I came outside to dry the car.

how about we all just keep to the topic at hand not how stupid or not stupid it is to write on your car when it's covered in dirt???

this post sums it up totally...

does it really matter during winter time? cuz even if the touchless car wash cleans it good....you will have salt and all that grime back on the body in less than a day of driving anyway.

it's the friggin winter and it's gonna get dirty again in a few seconds... that's what you get for being touchless, if you want it to be cleaner you'll have to use a touch car wash (either a mechanized one or your own hand in a mitt... ) or the coin-op where you can target the dirty parts...

In the case of both you guys, stupid questions get stupid answers lol. It doesnt really matter, the car was dirty, went through the wash, was still dirty. Next time $3 coin op, wear some gloves cuz it gets colllllllld. Works all the time, 82% of the time.

How do you guys usually decide when its time to wash the car in the winter?

Will you wash it knowing it is going to snow the next day?

Or do you try to do it on a slightly warmer day so there is a chance of it staying clean for a longer period of time?

i'm pretty satisfied with the sunoco touchless by my house
it cleans the car very well and it leaves no film on the car
and windows . it's a very slow process but definately worth the wait. the cleanliness of ur car also depends on how you take
advantage of ur drying time
