Storing Car...yadda yadda...
I've already read the threads regarding this but I have one question....Whats the deal with removing the wheels...? Whats wrong with putting the stealies back on??? Are they really going to warp?? its steal!!!!

i used to take the tires off and put it up on blocks every winter. but its a pain in the *** if your cars low (i need 2 differnt jacks. one to get it high enuff to use my hydraulic) so now i just leave it and once a month on a nice dry day i take it for a boot then put it back and thorw the cover back on.

Secondly...Thanks for the info to everyone who responded...I like the blanket Idea, Someone else has told me to lay some carpet? I dunno....Im only using the car in the summer so if my winter tires get ****ed..oh well...Thanks guys.

inside. no. use a car cover and for extra protection put some thick blankets on it to. thats what I do.

especially if you got a new paintjob recently before storing.
basically the car cover will leave an imprint of its weave over the storage period. reason being moisture, change in climate, undisturbed conditions etc....
