Just get the 2001 sensor, peace of mind, and no extra cash spent on useless parts....

Expect to pay at least 200 USD for one tho. A universal O2 sensor is probably just as good if money is an issue.

Members get a discount on OEM parts at Parkway Honda.
I just saved over $60 on an O2 sensor for my car.

with regards to universal/honda:

only 2 companies actually manufacture 02 sensor elements: siemens and bosch, since they are the ones that own patents.

all the other ones are just siemens/bosch sensors packaged under different brand names.

o2 sensors are application specific, so you need to get the correct one, therefore it will come with the proper plug and all you do is screw it in and plug it into the harness
