thanks guys for the warming welcome!

I noticed a few of you guys have turbo, wow. I was wondering where did you guys get it installed and where tuned?

I'm thinking about getting a turbo for my Celica this summer, but I'm finding it hard to find a good reliable shop.

EF = 88 - 91 civics
EG = 92 - 95 civics
EK = 96 - 00 civics

someone will give you a more detailed explanation soon, but that's the general idea of it.

Oh cool, thanks man for the info.

The celica has a veilside body kit, cost like $400 USD from ebay but the paint cost $3200. The colour code for paint is Phanton Gray Pearl Toyota Code 1E3.

I will be installing it myself.. it's not that difficult really since all the fab work will be done by a friend.

And I'm getting it tuned by Nick at Teknotik.

www.teknotik.com check them out

cool thanks guys,
I ask because I've never owned a turbo car, so I don't know first hand how to maintain it and where to get it tuned and what to expect..etc...

BTW how much does a turbo kit (a good one) cost for you guys?

instead of buying a manufactured kit such as Greddy, I would recommend purchasing each product individually. It'll be much cheaper that way and you'll get much better products and power.

there isn't much variety for my car model...

the only good, reliable source for turbo parts and kits that has been tested countless times is the C2Power kit from Amsterdam.

This company has sold hundreds and they have been fine so far....as long as the user doesn't become boost happy...
