mugen or no mugen...

mugen or no mugen...
here is my thing....
i got the first gen mugen kit (front/sides/rear+spoiler) for my sedan
not mounted or painted yet...
like most people times are tough with the paper,...
i still have to pick up the front and paint the all the pieces etc...
i just picked up itr db8 rears for a good price and are looking for mint fronts,
so i'm thinking of either selling all my mugen **** and looking for the seats
and put towards other "functional" parts or more oem jdm goodies......
or keep the mugen stuff, and just struggle in getting the seats and other
parts for a later time?... but i know me, i'm so damn OCD i'm gonna want mugen everything!!!!!!!!!! lol
here is my car if havent seen it yet,...
pictures of the kit and spoiler i have....

I generally like Mugen but I think the kit for that car just looks way to chunky. I think EK's generally look awesome with just a simple front and rear lip kit with some nice clean smooth side skirts. I do however like the OEM JDM bumpers with those rap around mouldings, just not big on the mugen ones.

Oh one more thing, maybe a little off topic but you car would look alot better with the amber reflectors inside the headlamps. The silver wheels and silver headlights just make the car look a little bland IMO, not enough contrast!

jdm sir / ctr headlights do not have the amber which you may know,...
and not feelin all the amber in the stock oem ones,... plus rather have
the city lights in the jdm headlights.

Since you already have the Mugen stuff, I'd get it painted and on the car. If you sell it and then buy something else you'll probably lose on the deal. Besides, Mugen looks good on any car so, why not do it?

if it's genuine Mugen stuff then i'd rock it, otherwise no. i would rock it only because it's baller, not because it looks good (because it doesn't). that being said, your car looks pretty bomb

Like others have said, your car looks fine as is. If you want the status of saying I have a mugen kit on my car, then get it. I really don't see the point, unless you really like the kit.
If I owned your car, I would leave as is. Well, I would take off the mudflaps, but that's your decision..
No Mugen kit imo.
