I don't trust them, I've only heard bad things.
I've even heard the people have had things go missing from their cars.
The are just a big name amongst the insurance companies as "preffered repair shop" because the do el cheapo work.

shady organization....not everyone is shady....
the reason i say that is when my mom worked in the insurance field.....she would tell me about how adjusters that were hired used to love going there for quotes

there's a place on wolfdale..
not had a ton of experience with them, but they painted my grill for a good $..
they let me walk thru the shop and they look fairly busy..(which is a good thing..)
Mississauga Honda rec'd them to me..
south of the tracks on the east side..
can't remember the name off hand tho.....
or carstar in oakville for paint..
got a good price on my bike parts both times....
not had a ton of experience with them, but they painted my grill for a good $..

Expensive, but I've never seen better work in my life.
They painted my car just a few weeks ago
