Hi need to find a starter for a project car to get it to my friends private work shop, I had already ordered a new engine which comes with all new parts, so I need somewhere I can find a cheap starter, I just need it for the drive from point A to B to a few places while its being built, tow truck would be an inconvenience every time.

Why waste money on a used starter when you can go and buy a cheap rebuilt one from Canadian Tire or NAPA and call it a day.

Also you might want to get your eyes checked. A Sticky in this section

How is a rebuilt starter cheaper then one from a scrap yard? they sell them for 30 to 40 dollars, rebuilt one is about $90 plus.
