oh and i dont even use the ebrake except in winters

at any intersection when i stop at the light i press the clutch to pop into neutral and just leave my foot on the clutch till i shift back into first...
is this hurting my car?

yes if your pressing on the clutch and holding it to the floor, no if your foot is just laying on it...altho a clutch peddle is NOT a footrest lol thats what the dead peddle is for
