Jrp

Well, as I'm sure some of you know, I'be been trying to order this friggin AEM 2 piece CAI from JRP.

I know, I know, JRP sucks but I'm locked in, I get a deal on it but the guy I deal with gets a 21-401 as opposed to the 411 which I need/want. SO now I'm stuck with this 401 from there.

It takes me 2 months and noumersous e-mails and calls to AEM to finally convince JRP that they make it. They kept telling me it was discontinued.

Finally they realize AEM makes 411's and they'll order one for me.

Another months goes by and I call JRP again "Oh no one has ordered that part, sir":fustrated :fustrated :working: :fustrated

WHAAT!!?!??!!?

"We'll call you when id DOES come in"

I call AEM AGAIN to confirm if JRP ordered my part, this time it's yes.. Another month goes by and I just called them now,
"Yeah I think it's in" Gee thanks for calling me and telling me it's in stock

Well I'm going over there right now to get it.

Talk about bad service...

I wanted the guy to makes sure he had it there but he says he's sure.... man if it's not there I'm burning the place down...

:fustrated :fustrated

Yes I would agree about the bad CRM...

To bad they are the only local Canadian Distributor for Bomex...

I have a feeling I'm going to go through the same **** when I order my mirrors...

JRP is the parts distributor for a lot of local shops in the GTA, so chances are that you will deal with them again indirectly. When they deal with other shops though, their service is a lot more prompt, as I have ordered things through another shop and never had to wait long. Instead of dealing directly with them, I would suggest trying to get your stuff from another shop that deals with them (much faster service).

I did, I was going though Formula Honda, but trying to convince them to convince JRP that AEM still made this part was brutal.

I started dealing with JRP direct at that point.
