I have a civic with steelies on using the 4x100 stock lugz and i recently bought new rims - ikon talon 13s. I wonder if anyone would know if I can just use the steelies lug nutz on the new rimz.

Not all, but most aftermarket rims now uses spline lug nuts (slimmer in size). Your OEM lug nuts are probably acorn shaped and will not fit.
